The "e-Tabib" mobile application offers two ways to log in: AsanLogin and with a mobile number.

When logging in with a mobile number, you can:

• Learn about COVID-19 and access useful medical information.
• Apply to the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance.

The helpful medical information available includes:

• COVID-19 vaccination status
• Current COVID-19 infection status
• COVID-19 infection history
• Location of medical institutions on the map
• List of medical services included in the Benefit Package
• National Vaccination Schedule
• Frequently asked questions
• Online payment of medical services

When logging in with AsanLogin, in addition to the aforementioned information, you can also access:

• Your personal information
• The results of laboratory analysis

Personal information includes:

• Appeals to medical institutions
• Diagnosis set by a doctor
• Provided medical services
• Information about referrals/electronic form of referrals
• Information about medical references/electronic form of references
• Rating of the application
• Mandatory Health Insurance certificate

The "e-Tabib" mobile application now features the "Shafa" mascot, a medical guide that will assist you in using the app. There is also a "User Guide" available within the application. The app will continue to be updated and improved to better serve the citizens. In the new version, you no longer need to open or share your Bluetooth and GPS data when accessing the app. There are no notifications regarding contact with a COVID-19 patient or daily infection facts.
